Making your self happy when you are sad.

Image result for image of a sad lady   Everyone has the capacity for happiness, even if it doesn't seem that way most of the time. Unlocking your inner happiness really has something to do with your body, and partly to do with your mind and i think if you combine the two, and you just might find that the world looks a little brighter, and more forgiving, at that angle.
 
 Because I feel like crying most of the time, I've shifted my focus from feeling to doing. I recognize my sadness, but don't want to feel that sad, so I'm keeping busy. If you are really sad, I hope this to do list will help until you feel better.
I love sitting still, doing less, and finding ways to just be (more with less). I’ve been practicing this for years, and sometimes I forget that slowing down takes work and practice. We will continue that practice together moving forward, but I also understand  that sometimes doing is very important and occasionally, forming busy too can as well deserved distraction. Especially when you are really sad.

I get down like everyone else, but it’s rare that I am really sad 'cos i am friendly and naughty at times. I don’t need much to be happy. Today is a little different, story i will like to save for another time.

watching a funny movie can revive my drooping spirit,
or should i take a walk,
may be i should paint a picture, 
infact taking a nap will be better for now.......
